McBride is proud to be a Family Place LibraryTM. Parent-Child Workshops offer a five-week program to parents and their newborn to 3-year-old children featuring weekly themes: Early Literacy; Speech, Hearing, & Language Development; Early Child Development; Nutrition; and Music & Movement. The community room is set up as a hands-on playroom! A community expert will be on hand every week to share information about the vast resources available to families in our area.
